In
the course of the sitting it was declared that according to the Bill (Reg.
No5349-д) "police bodies
conducts inspections of the individual persons and legal entities on observance
of the prohibition of gambling business in Ukraine."
It is also suggested that the Criminal Code of Ukraine is to be supplemented by the clause 2032 (Conduction of the activity that is prohibited by the Law of Ukraine "On Prohibition of Gambling Business in Ukraine") and envisage that the gambling conduction is punished by the penalty at the rate of 8 thousand minimal wages with the confiscation and destruction of the gambling equipment.
